June 10 model picker rollout issue: Thinking / Pro unavailable on Web but available on mobile

Hi everyone,
I’m wondering if anyone else is seeing this behavior on ChatGPT Web.
I’m on a ChatGPT Pro 5x subscription using Chatgpt web in Chrome on Windows 11, in my Personal workspace.
On the mobile app, I can access the Intelligence options normally, including Thinking, Pro, and the reasoning-effort controls. So my account and subscription appear to still have the correct model access.
However, on ChatGPT Web, the main model picker behaves differently.
In the Web model picker, I can see model versions such as:
* GPT-5.5
* GPT-5.4
* GPT-5.3
* GPT-5.2
* GPT-4.5
* o3
But when selecting GPT-5.5 or GPT-5.4, I do not see any Intelligence, Configure, Thinking, Pro, or reasoning-effort options. The only Intelligence option I can find is “Instant” under GPT-5.3.
There is another inconsistency: inside an existing conversation on Web, the “Try again” menu still shows “Use Thinking” while the current response is labeled “5.5 Instant.” That suggests Thinking is still available in some context, but the main Web model picker is not exposing the correct controls.
I have already tested:
* chatgpt dot com
* Chrome incognito
* extensions disabled
* no VPN/proxy
* Personal workspace
* active ChatGPT Pro 5x subscription
* no banner or warning about model access being limited, unusual activity, security, or maintenance
This seems specific to ChatGPT Web, since mobile works normally.
Support has escalated my case, but I’m trying to understand whether this is account-specific or part of a model picker rollout / feature flag issue.
Is anyone else seeing the same behavior specifically on Web while mobile still works normally?
