June 10 model picker rollout issue: Thinking / Pro unavailable on Web but available on mobile

For me, the Intelligence selector returned to normal after my usage limit refreshed. I can now see and select the options again. However, this still looks like a bug, because previously when my Pro usage reached the limit, I could still select Thinking. Recently, I could not even select Thinking.
