Auto-recharge fires before reaching the specified threeshold

Hi, I open this ticket: 09646560 But the response I received looked as if they didn’t understand my problem. They talk about token use, but I get what you mean with token use, what I don’t get is why is recharging automatically when the threeshold has not arrived and even without having it activated. The services were working just fine because we had credit balance, even with that we had a recharge. If you can investigate it better, we will be grateful. Thanks in advance.
