Codex App conversations disappear, marked unread, resort after a restart (Mac OS)

Having the same issue. Threads completely vanish after restart or updates, I asked Codex to bring it back and did but the conversation did not, and then the conversation appears and when I close the app and start it again it disappeared again. * macOS version: 26.5.1 * App version: 26.602.40724 * Whether this happens every time you restart the app or only occasionally: Yes it happens every time I start the app. * If search still finds the “missing” conversations: Yes it find it but I can’t access it.
