Threads completely vanish after restart or updates, I asked Codex to bring it back and did but the conversation did not, and then the conversation appears and when I close the app and start it again it disappeared again.\n\n  * macOS version: 26.5.1\n  * App version: 26.602.40724\n  * Whether this happens every time you restart the app or only occasionally: Yes it happens every time I start the app.\n  * If search still finds the “missing” conversations: Yes it find it but I can’t access it.\n\n",
