Questions about an unexpected Codex usage reset and new quota period

This is a fair concern, @andunie. The intention of a global reset isn't to reduce or take away quota that users were planning to use later in their cycle. I can definitely see how it could feel that way if your reset date gets pushed out while you still had most of your allocation remaining. I'll pass this along to the team as feedback since the impact on users who intentionally save their quota is an important consideration. Appreciate you raising the scenario. -Mark G.
