Codex Account Just Got Banned - I Have No Idea Why, Please help

Hi everyone, I logged in today and found that my ChatGPT account has been banned. The message said my account was disabled because of recent activity that allegedly violated the Terms and Usage Policies. The problem is that I’m not aware of doing anything against the rules, and I’d genuinely like to understand what happened so I can correct it or appeal. When I try to log in, I get this message: “Your account has been deleted or disabled. If you believe this is an error, please contact the Help Center with the request ID below.” Request ID: dc93e8bf-a951-4845-be90-d6704bcfa7a5 Has anyone experienced something similar? Is the Help Center (help.openai.com) the right place to appeal, and roughly how long does a review usually take? Any advice on what to include in the appeal would be really appreciated.
