I received this error when executed my agent by @openai/agents v0.11.5:

An error occurred while processing your request. You can retry your request, or contact us through our help center at help.openai.com if the error persists. Please include the request ID req_582db1a14a324b299a1867673f43ab91 in your message.

I tried to contact support on https://help.openai.com but the AI assistant said that it cannot check my request_id and gave some light advices which didn’t help.

How can I open a ticket to a real human support team to check my request id? The execution history will provided by request.
