Account banned with no explanation — appeal submitted, requesting human review [C-b58zPXbIzB8j]

Posting here because I have followed the standard appeal process and want to ensure my case receives a human review.
I am a paying ChatGPT subscriber. On June 5, 2026, I received a ban notification citing a generic violation of Terms and Usage Policies — with no specific behavior, prompt, or incident identified.
To address the standard questions directly:
* Account sharing: None. Used exclusively by me.
* VPN / network masking: I do not use any VPN or proxy.
* Automation: I do not run scripts or bots against the ChatGPT UI.
* Payments: No chargebacks or disputed payments.
* Content: I have never attempted to jailbreak or bypass safety systems.
* Duplicate accounts: I have no other OpenAI accounts.
I have no idea what triggered this. My usage has been consistent — learning, development, and standard AI tooling work. Nothing changed in the days before the ban.
I submitted an appeal immediately and received a confirmation (Case: C-b58zPXbIzB8j), but have had no specific explanation of what I allegedly violated. Without knowing the reason, I cannot even address the concern.
I have also seen multiple reports today (June 5) confirming a massive account ban wave affecting legitimate paid users — including Pro and heavy Codex users globally. I want to flag this as a likely false-positive caught in that wave, not a genuine policy violation.
My account details:
* Email: eachman01@gmail.com
* User ID: user-iczkQZjE9onTJwIQzctT8kpc
* Appeal case: C-b58zPXbIzB8j
If any OpenAI staff member can review the logs on my account, I am confident the activity will show nothing outside normal usage. I am fully willing to provide any additional verification requested.
Thank you.
