Banned without warning, $200 subscription for a year now

Was just banned completely from all chatgpt services in the middle of a nap. I use codex for coding two small projects, a dice roller for a table top game me and my friends play (personal app) and a public website. nothing is illegal or weird about what i’m doing. The appeals process is just chatgpt ai emailing you back generic responses. is there anything I can do to talk to a human here? this is incredibly frustrating.
