ChatGPT App reloading Issue

I have created a MCP App with UI and whenever there is a UI action performed the ChatGPT app reloads the whole screen. For reference its a commerce app and when user clicks Add to cart Button the whole screen reloads. Is there a way to prevent it. I think its ChatGPT trying to register what action user performed.
