Add "Unarchive All Chats" and Bulk Chat Management Options

Problem

I accidentally archived my entire chat history. While ChatGPT allows users to view archived chats, there is currently no option to restore all archived conversations at once.

Users must manually click the unarchive icon for each individual chat, which becomes extremely time-consuming when there are many archived conversations.

Proposed Solution

Add a bulk management option within the Archived Chats screen:

• Unarchive All Chats

• Select Multiple Chats

• Unarchive Selected Chats

• Delete Selected Chats

• Archive/Unarchive via bulk actions

To prevent accidental actions, a confirmation dialog can be displayed before performing bulk operations.

Why This Matters

• Saves significant time for users.

• Provides an easy recovery path for accidental bulk archiving.

• Improves overall user experience.

• Aligns with bulk-action patterns commonly available in email and messaging applications.

Example Scenario

A user accidentally archives hundreds of chats. Restoring them currently requires manually clicking the unarchive icon on every single conversation. An “Unarchive All” button would resolve this issue instantly.
