How to get unstuck from "Business verification is not complete"

Hi All, The business is showing as verified and complete however I am unable to submit any app. “Business verification is not complete. Please verify as a business before submitting.” The Business verification status is currently shown as Approved. Any ideas how to resolve? I’ve tried deleting and resubmitting completely again without any success.
