How do I force Slack connector reauthentication in Codex?
I’m trying to switch the Slack connector to a different Slack workspace/account, but disconnecting and reconnecting does not seem to trigger a clean OAuth login. It appears to keep reusing the old Slack login/workspace.
What I tried - many times:
- I removed and re-added the Slack connector
- I signed out of Slack, disconnected ChatGPT apps
- I disconnected any Slack connection from ChatGPT
I tried so many times until my Slack integration now returns an error lol:
UNAUTHORIZED: McpServerError: invalid_token
Question: How do I force Codex/ChatGPT to fully reauthenticate the Slack connector, clear the old OAuth state, and choose a new Slack workspace/account?
Thanks.
P.S. I saw this thread, but the solutions suggested don’t seem applicable to Slack.

Disable/remove MCP integration (or…
