Codex app cannot re-authenticate Figma MCP, old credentials are always reused with no way to switch account

I found workaround: * delete the Codex MCP credentials from the macOS Keychain, * restart the Codex app, then the Figma MCP item list will have the option to log in again, but this is a hack .
