Codex users report rapid quota drains since May 10

Pro 5x user here, I’ve never been able to drain my usage to 0, I usually have 20%-40% left over at the end of the week. I’ve managed to drain 60% in 48h since the last reset. My usage is the same as its always been. I just want to know if its a bug/unintentional or if this is the norm going forward.
