For example, I’d be comfortable batching low-risk read-only inspection and local tests, but I still want a visible reason when the run crosses into file mutation, network access, or a new repo/workspace. So the ideal mode for me is not full-auto versus constant confirm; it is “auto within this risk envelope, ask when the envelope changes,” with a small receipt explaining why.
