Vector store file uploads instantly failing with generic server_error since last night (docx, pdf)

Thanks everyone for flagging this and engaging here. For the .csv case: .csv is not currently in the supported File Search / vector store file types list, so it may upload as a file but fail when you try to attach it to a vector store. Supported vector-store formats are listed here: File Search supported files. On the file deletion delay: we haven’t been able to reproduce that on our side. For further investigation, please open a support request at support@openai.com. Debugging this properly will require account/project/file/vector-store details, and we can’t collect or discuss that kind of personal/account-specific info in a public forum thread. Thank you!
