Vector store file uploads instantly failing with generic server_error since last night (docx, pdf)

csv format still fails, while .md, .txt, .pdf and .docx are ingeted properly now.

When removing a file, it still appears as in progress. Hope this help @OpenAI_Support @Prashant_Pardesi
