When you do, it would really help if you can include:\n>\n>   * The email address associated with your workspace\n>   * A HAR file capturing the issue (this helps us investigate at the account level)\n>\n\n>\n> Once that’s done, just share the case ID with us here so we can track this.\n\n* * *\n\nNote: I do not work for OpenAI, but from what I have seen, opening a support ticket and then posting the case ID here can help. It gives OpenAI Support a concrete reference point and account-level details they can investigate.\n\nTo create a support ticket:\n\n  1. See: https://help.openai.com/en/articles/6614161-how-can-i-contact-support\n  2. Go to https://help.openai.com/en\n  3. In the lower-right corner, click the support/chat icon:\n\n\n\n  4.
