OpenAI support no response
Hi, the previous Case Number: 08660554 I met a bank dispute problem. I was seeking for a solution, either refund or pay the owed amount of fee. Now my workspace is deactivated. Due to the human support for this case is evasive and refuse to answer the questions about refund, I create another case.
The new case number is: 08778821 The following is made by AI support: ‘if the invoice that caused the deactivation ends up showing as paid (either because the dispute is reversed and the payment is captured, or because you pay it during Reactivate Workspace), the workspace Owner can reactivate the same deactivated workspace and restore access to its existing data.’
My question is:
- Because disputed amount is about USD 80, with reactivation of workspace, I can only choose a 50/75/100 USD Monthly plan. And are you sure that payment will compensate the previous disputed amount and reactivated the previous 660 USD plan instead of just buying a subscription for one month?
- If I contact the bank and make a withdraw of dispute. Will my workspace be reactivated?
Please note, the answer gives by the human support in case 1 indicates that it’s impossible to reactivate my workspace. The only way is to purchase a new subscription, and my previous subscription has already gone. Which is conflicted with AI support’s response and makes no sense.
I think Chatgpt should be the greatest invention in 21st Century. The value it brings is definitely underrated. The thing is it is a large project, it is not like certain item, and needs keep-going updates. It must be very very very difficult to sustain the quality. And recently the Sora is down, which is a pity.
And as I know there are lots of parties who exploit and steal chatgpt’s outcome. And use trick to pay less. This is disappointing. But now, if even the users who wants to pay the service in right way got rejected, I question if the system is closed to collapse? Is the human support paid too little to be professional?
