Feature request: Annual billing option for personal ChatGPT Plus/Pro accounts

@jeffrey.robert61, thanks for sharing this. Annual billing for individual Plus and Pro plans is a pretty reasonable request, especially for people using ChatGPT regularly and wanting simpler yearly budgeting without needing a Business workspace. Forwarding this to the team for logging. -Mark G.
