Combining knowledge from separate accounts

When joining a ChatGPT Business workspace, users can either keep their Personal workspace separate or merge their Personal workspace into Business. To merge, switch to the Business workspace from your profile icon, then go to Settings > Data Controls > Merge data from your personal workspace, and follow the prompts. Please note that merging is permanent and the Personal workspace is deleted after migration. For exported conversations, you can export from an eligible Personal account and upload the exported conversation file into another personal ChatGPT account as reference. Data export is not available from ChatGPT Business or Enterprise workspaces.
