I add credits, they are gone in 30 minutes, and my usage is not updated

OpenAI couldn’t make a first impression on me if I paid them. And I did. Came over from Anthropic Max to give Codex a fair shot. Hit the limit on real work in my first session. Paid $40 in overage to keep going. 90 minutes later, I still can’t access the $40 I paid for. No reset time in the CLI. No reset time on the web. No reset time in the IDE. Not even an email receipt I could timestamp myself. Refund requested. Got so big they forgot the new customer exists.
