Paid $40 in overage to keep going.\n\n90 minutes later, I still can’t access the $40 I paid for. No reset time in the CLI. No reset time on the web. No reset time in the IDE. Not even an email receipt I could timestamp myself.\n\nRefund requested.\n\nGot so big they forgot the new customer exists.",
