"Unable to load conversation" - error

Hi SD, Is it possible for you to look into the issue and help speed things up and get it resolved? Honestly the support hasn’t been helpful at all. or if i use the right word, it’s been pathetic. they keep sending the same templated responses without actually being helpful or having a solution first approach. I would really appreciate if you or someone on your team could look into it and actually help resolve it without sending the same templated replies again. can i count on you? or is there any other way to reach support that i might not know about? Let me know. Thanks
