Thread "branch" will force switch on new content in other branches

Yeah, I see what you mean, that sounds pretty frustrating, especially if you’re comparing different prompt branches. It seems like the UI auto-switches to whatever is generating, which is why it keeps jumping to the 2/2 response. I get why it does that, but it’s definitely getting in the way here. Your idea about using a notification instead of forcing the switch makes a lot of sense.
