Codex Extenstion issue in VS Code

I am also experiencing this issue on v25.5422.30944. My screen looks just like jesper-lukas screen. I disabled, uninstalled, restarted, and even tried pre-release version and still had the issue. So far only Nerdbert’s suggestion of rolling back to 26.415.20818 worked for me.

I am using Visual Studio Code: 1.117.0

Node.Js: 22.22.21
