Codex Extenstion issue in VS Code

I just had the same issue when updating. I had to roll back to version 26.415.20818 of the Codex Extension from a week ago to make it work.

In VS Code:

1. Open Extensions

2. Search Codex

3. Click the small gear icon

4. Choose Install specific version…

5. Pick the previous available version

6. Reload VS Code
