Codex App not loading on Windows 10

This looks like a Windows app startup issue. Since the logs can contain some debug information and also some personal or environment-specific information, so can I request someone in the thread to please open a ticket at support@openai.com and include: * %LOCALAPPDATA%\Codex\Logs from the affected launch * Codex app version * Windows version/build * Any Windows Event Viewer errors around the launch time As a workaround, try fully quitting Codex from Task Manager, then rename %APPDATA%\Codex to %APPDATA%\Codex.backup and relaunch. I’d avoid deleting %USERPROFILE%\\.codex unless it’s backed up, since that can contain config/auth/session state.
