Since the logs can contain some debug information and also some personal or environment-specific information, so can I request someone in the thread to please open a ticket at support@openai.com and include:\n\n  * %LOCALAPPDATA%\\Codex\\Logs from the affected launch\n  * Codex app version\n  * Windows version/build\n  * Any Windows Event Viewer errors around the launch time\n\n\n\nAs a workaround, try fully quitting Codex from Task Manager, then rename %APPDATA%\\Codex to %APPDATA%\\Codex.backup and relaunch. I’d avoid deleting %USERPROFILE%\\\\.codex unless it’s backed up, since that can contain config/auth/session state.\n\nOnce you have a support ticket, please share the case ID or case subject in this forum thread so we can track it internally.",
