Batch processing stuck for 24hr

I submitted a couple of batch jobs yesterday and one of them got stuck without progress batch_69e8960b60088190aa476ad9c281348b. I’m just 2 hours away from the 24 hr limit and no progress. Interestingly, the one stuck is the one using the 50k limit. I wonder if the size of a batch affects priority.
