Feature Request: Cross-Chat Decision Lineage / “Forensic Librarian” Agent

Hey @drjmons50! This is a really thoughtful idea. A cross-chat view that can trace how a topic evolved over time, show where decisions shifted, and connect the latest conclusion to the relevant chats and files would be a really useful step beyond basic search. Appreciate you taking the time to lay it out so clearly.
