FEATURE Request Enable cross chat and cross project sharing of files

Current localized storage is instantiated per chat session and remains isolated from other chat sessions. Consider centralizing files into a singular /mnt space at the user’s account level so that files generated in one chat (or project) can be accessed in other chats. This would allow for more re-use of information and data gathered during chats as chats evolve across topics.
