Apps have disappeared from my settings

All of the apps in the settings modal are no longer visible. This means I can no longer refresh my app when I make changes in developer mode. It also means I can no longer delete apps. I am able to create new apps but that is not sustainable long term. This seems to be happening to a coworker as well in a totally different account so it does not seem to be a local issue.
