Our Apps from ChatGPT Apps dashboard have disappeared!

Hi OpenAI team, We had submitted an App on 1st April 2026 and we have been eagerly waiting for it to get approved after the review. Today morning we checked the dashboard and our submitted app has completely disappeared from the dashboard, I’ve attached a screenshot of the empty dashboard with the web console open. Please help us resolve the issue and review and approve our app as soon as you can We are looking forward to launching our app in the ChatGPT App Store. Thanks
