Open AI has been charging my organization balance 1$ every ~30 minutes even in negative

Just got info from the team that some users may have seen their credit balance drop more quickly than expected between the afternoon of April 15, 2026 (PT) and the morning of April 16, 2026 (PT), even after disabling projects and API keys. This appears to have been caused by delayed processing of previously incurred API usage. Processing has since returned to normal levels, so unexpected deductions should no longer occur.
