Open AI has been charging my organization balance 1$ every ~30 even in negative

As the title says it began around 12:00pm today when i noticed that our organization balance was negative, i checked the usage for the day across all the projects of the organization and found nothing strange, only aroun 4$ used, so i charged 10$ but a few minutes later i was on the negative again, thinking one of my api keys were stolen I checked the usage but found the same 4$ there, still i deleted all the api keys to generate new ones but my account was still being charged, slowly, like a few cents at a time, that kept going on, i deleted all projects removed almost everyone from my organization, changed roles, sign out of all devices blocked the usage by domain and by ip and still my balance to this very moment keeps being charged, no change in the usage even in the csv download or the v1 api for costs or chat completions, nothing, my balance keeps being drained and i dont now what else to do because even in negative it keeps taking away to the point were i’ve lost almost 20$ without knowing were it was used, it has been going on for hours now and there is no support personal for help
