Codex MCP Server ENV Variables Update issue

Yeah same issue for me and theres no “offending variables“ as suggested the configuration has been working fine for months but now save is soft failing with no validation or user-facing response other than accepting the save click event. Edit: okay looks like creating new ones is fine but editing is specifically where the issue is.
