App removed during re-review with no notification – now unable to create new apps

"Same issue here. Console shows multiple 401 errors on api.openai.com/v1/dashapi/apps. Cannot create new apps and existing app has disappeared. This confirms it’s a server-side permission bug, not account-specific."
