App removed during re-review with no notification – now unable to create new apps

Hi, I’m experiencing a critical issue with the ChatGPT Apps platform. What happened: Submitted app for review After first review, made changes and submitted for re-review After 2+ weeks, app disappeared with no email or explanation Current problem: Cannot create any new apps Enter app name, click Continue → nothing happens Tested on multiple browsers, devices, and Android Account: ChatGPT Plus plan Is this account-level restriction? How do I resolve this?
