Unable to Upgrade to ChatGPT Plus – Payment Authentication Error

Hi Team,

I am trying to upgrade my ChatGPT account to the Plus plan, Previously used Free Go Plan, but I am consistently facing a payment error.

Error Message: “Your card may be invalid or authentication may be needed.”

Details:

• Country: India

• Payment Method: (mention your card type – Visa - Debit)

• Platform: (Web / App)

• Attempts: Multiple attempts made

What I have already checked:

• International transactions are enabled

• Online payments are enabled

• Sufficient balance is available

• Retry attempts done on different browsers/devices

Despite all the above, the issue still persists.

I would appreciate your support in resolving this issue or guidance on supported payment methods for my region.
