"textContent": "Hi Team,\n\nI am trying to upgrade my ChatGPT account to the Plus plan, Previously used Free Go Plan, but I am consistently facing a payment error.\n\n**Error Message:**\n“Your card may be invalid or authentication may be needed.”\n\n**Details:**\n\n * Country: India\n\n * Payment Method: (mention your card type – Visa - Debit)\n\n * Platform: (Web / App)\n\n * Attempts: Multiple attempts made\n\n\n\n\n**What I have already checked:**\n\n * International transactions are enabled\n\n * Online payments are enabled\n\n * Sufficient balance is available\n\n * Retry attempts done on different browsers/devices\n\n\n\n\nDespite all the above, the issue still persists.\n\nI would appreciate your support in resolving this issue or guidance on supported payment methods for my region.",
