OpenAI API - Potential Usage Policy Violation & Request to Implement Safety Identifier

So I’m super worried, got a super concerning email from openai, the only two services I use are chatgpt and OpenAI api key. My last use of the key was around 5 days ago, and I just got this email today. I reviewed all logs and NOTHING I’ve done violated what they are saying. I have no idea why I got this email, and am scared because obviosuly this is a serious thing. Is there a chance this email is related to my chatgpt chat usage, and simply sent me a developer templated email because I have an api key? The reason I say this is because I did talk about sensitive personal topics to chatgpt / trauma related but nothing implying what it’s intending at all. Please help
