Are your custom GPTs ignoring their uploaded knowledge files too?

I’m encountering the same issue, but not all the time. I’ve explicitly stated that it should use the knowledge files, linked them with their names, and made them as simple as possible. However, when using the GPT while not signed in to a ChatGPT account, it keeps saying that it doesn’t have access to the files.
