Open AI is putting ads on custom gpts of creators even if it conflicts with their own affiliates

Are there other creators who are having similar issues? Creators were led to believe that their custom gpts were going to be monetized, however, Open AI did not come through on that. On top of this, they are now benefiting from ad revenue without receiving approval from the creators and some of the ads directly conflict with our own affiliate links.
