Prompt Engineering Is Dead, and Context Engineering Is Already Obsolete: Why the Future Is Automated Workflow Architecture with LLMs

Google brought this back to my face. Funny, some 6 months later the “new" workflows approach is kind of the way to go… Until it’s not. So what next? Something we forgot about: foundational philosophy, scientific approach to research and rigorous documentation management. Truly jealous to those old school guys who had a chance to learn software development before agile. They may have a huge advantage now if not spoiled by "years of leading experience”.
