[Pre-RFC] DNS domains as package namespaces

Scenario, in order: 1. User A registers domain X. 2. User A publishes a crate under the X namespace. 3. Domain X lapses. 4. User B registers domain X. 5. User B publishes a different crate under the X namespace. My understanding of your proposal is that this would be permitted? imo this is a serious issue, as two things would be shown as connected despite having no common ownership.
