U.K. house artist Sam Divine started DJ’ing in 2001. "I entered a DJ competition in my local club," she says. "I won the competition then went onto to be the resident DJ and junior booker and I started promoting my own event called 'Sundays are Divine' whilst working part time as a House buyer in a record shop. In 2005 I did my first season in Ibiza and by 2009 I was events manager for Defected Records at Pacha.
