Tokyo-based DJ and producer DJ MII says that she started DJing because she's always loved the energy of music and the connection felt on the dance floor. "Before getting into bass music, I actually listened to a lot of rock," she says. "I’ve always loved the sound of guitars, and that influence still inspires my music today.
